Liability Waiver Agreement
By registering for The Carpathian Adventure 2025, participants agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth, including our cancellation policy and the signing of a liability waiver. The liability waiver acknowledges the inherent risks associated with the rally, including the potential for injury or loss. By signing, participants release the organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from liability in case of accidents or damages incurred during the event.Each participant must carefully read, understand, and agree to these terms, certifying their commitment to follow all event regulations. A signed waiver is required to confirm participation.
